A New Age in cosmology – detecting waves of the Big Bang

Using a telescope at the South Pole, scientists detected cosmic radiation left overs from the Big Bang. This confirms some of Einstein`s predictions a century ago and fuels excitement of cosmologists, particle physicists… and maybe also some Swedes. (Independent.ie, nzz.ch)
